If you liked one or more of our services then please register your interest. For this we prefer you to use the contact form. It sends us an alert, and it also adds your request to our work queue so it won’t be missed. It also goes to the right person based on which service you requested. We have a lot of services, including academic English, business English and a range of special VIP services, so it is important that we know what is most valuable to you. Once we see your message we will respond as quickly as possible.
We are very busy so sometimes that can take a little time. Our best guess is that we will contact you within 10 minutes most of the time. During busy periods we usually respond within 2-3 hours. Even when we are super busy we should get back to you within 24 hours.
Being right is better than being fast
Remember, this isn’t a giant corporation with a service desk answering calls 24×7. We are a small business offering a personal service, so please be patient if we don’t answer immediately. Most of the services we offer involve weeks or months of working together, so there’s no panic to get you signed up urgently. We feel it is much better to get to know you a little before deciding how or even if we will work together. Use the contact form, get the right service faster.
Sometimes things go wrong
But what if there is a system failure or we don’t notice your message?
Well, we are not working on the dark side of the Moon. If your message is urgent there are many ways to contact us directly.
We are based in Ankara, and most of our clients are also in Ankara.
What if you don’t live in Ankara?
We have clients all over Turkey and some in other countries too. Thanks to living in the 21st Century, digital technologies enable us to deliver an effective service. We use all of the technologies available to support clients remotely. These include
