Customer satisfaction is extremely important. We take this very seriously, and we seek feedback and continuously track our performance.

These customer satisfaction statistics are the summary of our feedback from all students on several important questions.

When you look at statistics, you should always be careful, because they may not give a true representation of the facts. For transparency and clarity, we will say that not everyone asked for feedback gives a response, in fact the average review response rate is just 1 to 3%. Also, the people who do respond are usually doing so because they are either very happy or very unhappy, and want to share those views.

So here we present our data, nothing changed or omitted, for students for a wide range of English exams and classes, and for a range of other VIP services that we offer to support people to achieve success in their academic and career pursuits.
